2. Eligibility for Refund

• The project or service has not yet started and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
• The service cannot be delivered due to technical limitations or issues on our side.
• The deliverable provided is substantially different from the agreed-upon scope.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed or partially completed projects.
• Monthly or recurring subscription plans that have already been executed for the current billing cycle.
• Any third-party expenses or tools purchased on your behalf.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@sanganiweb.com with your order or invoice details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.
